German police say they caught a man who is accused of killing two people in a shooting in Bavaria Friday and then fled by car.
Police spokeswoman Simone Wiesenberg told n-tv television that the shooter had been arrested but didn’t provide further details.
Earlier, spokesman Bert Rauenbusch told N24 news that a man and a woman had been killed in the morning attack.
Sky News reports an 82-year-old woman and a cyclist were victims in the shooting.
Rauenbusch says a man shot people from his car and that at least one other person was wounded.
The killings took place in the southern town of Tiefenthal, near Ansbach.
